Spring Interior Design Edit

Over the past couple of months, I have been in and out of countless showrooms with clients who are building homes.  It's been such a great experience to finally see new product in person to be able to experience it for it's size, texture and color, whether it's a bathroom tile, a piece of furniture or a lighting fixture.  Up on the blog this week I am highlighting some of my favorite picks for Spring!

Bring the Outside In

White is not only a color but a deep sensory experience and the highest icon of purity and luxury. Following this trend, this large-format tile also brings in the feeling of plant leaves waving in the wind. The unique free-flowing waves of this white wall tile radiates an elegant and carefree feeling in your home.  Use it as an accent piece in the master bathroom or even the powder room.  It is sure to elevate your senses and your interior.

Make a Bold Statement With Pattern

Looking to make a statement on the walls or floors of your home? This Black and White Porcelain tile is the perfect choice with its art deco pattern. Demand attention by incorporating all three  tiles from the Metropolitan series for a bold patchwork design.  Paired with an updated white subway tile, this look is timeless.

A Touch of the Tropics

These Hexagon tiles are a beautiful way to add pattern and elegance to any walls, floors or outdoor space. In the Emerald Tropic, the luscious green and floral tones are accented by a granular glaze that is applied separately from the print. This creates pockets of shine on the surface to give it a slightly Bohemian, weathered look.  Pair it with a simple tile to pull out an accent color and get ready for paradise.

A Dining Classic

Want the look of marble but not the maintenance for your home?  Chic, durable, and low-maintenance, this Faux Marble Dining Table from Arhaus is an ideal centerpiece for any outdoor or indoor dining space. It works with a variety of interior design styles.  Expertly crafted faux marble tabletops made from concrete composite feature inherent variations in color and pattern that make each piece truly unique. Grey concrete table bases are reinforced with metal frames and finished to create a smooth, sleek aesthetic.

Chill Outdoor

Want the look of an interior area rug on your patio or deck?  This boldly patterned area rug will be dazzle the eye and delight underfoot.  This area rug from Arhaus was meticulously designed for both style and performance. Each rug is durable enough for high-traffic areas and strong enough to withstand nature’s elements while making a perfect statement on any patio, porch, or poolside. This trend-worthy design will complement any interior design style, infusing it with charm.

Vacation Mode

Jungle motif plays surprisingly well as a neutral, thanks to light and airy color palette. Designed by British fashion designer Matthew Williamson, palm print linen bedding adds a bit of vacation mood to the bedroom, no matter the season.  This subtle two-tone botanical print serves as a simple and chic backdrop to any interior without going overboard on the tropical theme.

There’s something about spring that makes us want to mix up our interiors. Some of our craving for change, however, seems more like a reflection of nature. As plants come to life again, we want to come alive, too. An updated, spring-inspired interior can inspire a welcome change in perspective, and it helps us enjoy our lives a bit more as the season slides into summer.  I hope you found some new products to refresh our space for Spring!
