HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO DELIA DESIGNS! This week we celebrated our 11th anniversary! Milestones often make me reflect on what I've accomplished and the vision I have to go from here.
After all these years of helping clients make confident interior design decisions, things are only getting better at Delia Designs. As I celebrate this milestone, I have sincere appreciation and profound thanks to all that made it possible. First and foremost I would like to thank my clients, who I succeed with together; I'm also grateful to my network of leading architects and vendors, who perform fantastic work and keep me at a competitive advantage; and finally, I would like to thank each of my family members, who are the most supportive and dedicated to my success and happiness.
Through the years, my ever changing team and I have had our fair share of great clients, challenging clients, networking dinners, trade shows, and anniversary parties! I've always held onto the saying "if you love what you do, you will never feel like you work a day". It is pretty amazing how quickly time flies when you love what you do and are having fun doing it!
My vision has always been to create consulting services that focused on quality rather than quantity and took great care in our clients and their design vision. I don't have a huge team of designers working with me, yet. I do it all, for the moment. However, I'd like to say a special thank you to JKRP Architects for entrusting me with your interiors over the years. What makes this collaboration so special is our differing opinions and the way we bring them together. I believe we challenge each other to think of design differently and strategize in terms of form versus function. I receive so much through our continued relationship and I look forward to growing with you.
As for the future of Delia Designs, I am continually growing and developing my vision. For the foreseeable future, I will continue to teach others about the profession. It's an extremely rewarding experience to teach students about the intricacies of Interior Design. It can be challenging at times but, in the end when I see a student excelling and appreciative of the experience, my heart becomes fuller than you can possibly imagine. I will also advocate for the recognition of the NCIDQ license here in Pennsylvania and Nationally. It's my way of giving back to the community and the industry. I will continue to grow my network of clients in the hospitality world including the multi-family living sector. AND, last but not least, I am extremely proud to announce that I will be unveiling my new home collection this Summer! Delia Designs Home.
Through all of the ups and downs I’ve experienced, I wake up every single day thankful to be transforming lives through Interior Design. I plan to keep Delia Designs growing with you and continue to provide you with nothing less than the best Interior Design Services in Philadelphia and even Nationwide!
With your support, I wish to explore new heights in the next 10 years! Thank you for an incredible 11 years and here’s to celebrating the next successful chapter together.
Who would like some anniversary cake?
